I am the Investment and Renovation Settlement Specialist of a real estate company.

We are a Poznań-based real estate company with over 30 years of experience in commercial property leasing and property management. The company provides rental space for businesses, institutions and local entrepreneurs looking for well-located premises in Poznań.

Our team owns and manages over 100 commercial premises, offering businesses access to spaces located within residential and mixed-use developments across the city. The company supports commercial tenants with stable, long-term rental opportunities and professional property management services.

In addition to its commercial real estate activities, our company manages a large residential portfolio, including more than 4,000 apartments and nearly 1,800 parking spaces. The company works closely with the Poznań Municipal Office and contributes to the development of functional, well-connected and resident-friendly urban communities.

IT Leader began the cooperation by reviewing our existing IT environment and identifying areas that required improvement. Together, we established priorities and a plan for organizing the infrastructure and increasing its reliability.

The team provides ongoing helpdesk support for our employees, manages user accounts and access permissions, assists with Microsoft 365, and resolves hardware, software, and network-related issues. They also monitor our systems, maintain backup processes, manage servers and network devices, and provide support during infrastructure changes.

Another important part of the cooperation is technology consulting. IT Leader helps us select appropriate equipment and solutions, plans upgrades, and recommends changes based on our current needs and future development plans.

We have a defined communication and escalation process, as well as designated people responsible for coordinating the service. This makes it clear who is handling a particular issue and what its current status is.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The cooperation has made our IT operations more structured and predictable. Employees now have a clear process for submitting requests and receive support without having to search for the right technical contact.

We have also reduced the number of recurring technical issues, improved system stability, and gained better control over user access, equipment, backups, and infrastructure changes.

Potential risks are identified earlier, and planned upgrades can be carried out in a more organized way. As a result, IT-related problems cause fewer disruptions to our daily operations, while management has a clearer understanding of the condition and development needs of the IT environment.

IT Leader manages the cooperation in a structured and transparent way. Requests are registered, prioritized, and assigned to the appropriate specialists. We are kept informed about progress, particularly when an issue requires additional analysis. The team responds quickly to our needs and remains flexible when priorities change. Most tasks are completed within the agreed timelines, and any potential delays or dependencies are communicated in advance. For larger projects, the team discusses the planned solution with us, explains the available options, and coordinates implementation in a way that minimizes disruption to our employees.

The most valuable aspect of the cooperation is IT Leader’s ability to combine day-to-day technical support with a broader view of our IT environment.

The cooperation has met our expectations. One area that could be further developed is the presentation of periodic reports and recommendations in a more concise, management-oriented format.

Cooperation with IT Leader includes infrastructure management, backup and data protection solutions, as well as help desk support to resolve every issue - from simple requests to more complex technical challenges. IT Leader's primary focus is ensuring the continuity of our daily IT operations.

At the beggining of our cooperation, they conducted an internat audit to assess our existing IT infrastructure. Based on the results, they proposed solutions what to improve and advised ut on the most worthwhile investments.

Then they consistently responded to every issue in accordance with thei SLA, which guarantees a reponse time of up to 4 hours (but often quicker).

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our partnership has resulted in a stable, well-organized IT infrastructure tailored to our buissnes needs. 

Specifficaly, IT Leader implemented server virtualization, introduced network segmentation, carried out a cloud migration to a more advanced environment and configured out CRM system.

As a result, out IT environment has became more secure, predictible and easier to manage, which has has a positive impact on out employee's daily work.

IT Leader proved themselves as a well-organized and reliable company. They deliever their services in full accordance with agreed SLA and even faster.

What is worth mentioning is their ability to respond quickly to every appearing issue, often going beyond standard IT support expectations. They frequently offer better solutions and improvements to our existing IT infrastructure, which has directly supported out company;s growth.

Beyond that, communication with the team is always proffesional, clear and effective making cooperation highly efficient.

One area that could still be improved is the level od documentation, particulary for more complex processes and infrastructure changes. Having more detailed documentation would make it easier to maintain full visibility and control over the entire IT environment.
