What challenge were you trying to address with IT Desk?

We hired IT Desk to develop project management software.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

IT Desk has developed the project management platform for us and ensured it was accessible on mobile phones; they’ve also designed and developed our website. The project management software manages our day-to-day activities, including our client list, finances, and record keeping. 

They’ve provided all back- and frontend IT support services. Their team has worked on- and off-site to deliver what we needed; they’ve also provided customer and website support.

What is the team composition?

I worked directly with the technicians from IT Desk. 

How much have you invested with them?

So far, we’ve invested around $500–$2,000 with IT Desk. 

What is the status of this engagement?

Our first project with IT Desk began around August 2020, and our most recent started in May 2022.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

I’m satisfied with IT Desk’s services. However, it's too early to evaluate the project management software fully. So far, everything has worked well, and whenever I encounter challenges, I contact IT Desk’s team, and they fix it quickly. 

How did IT Desk perform from a project management standpoint?

I’d give IT Desk a 7 out of 10 for their project management. Typically, we communicate through emails and phone calls. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

IT Desk needs to expand their service offerings. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Customers should engage more with IT Desk, and IT Desk should engage more with customers.
