We hired Octaloop IT & NS to develop an online platform to read business data and produce charts with AI capability to produce text-based reports with a facility to explore data in more depth.

Octaloop IT & NS has developed an online platform so users can explore data and interact to find insights. The team was hired to build data visualization tools and AI reporting, but failed badly.

How did you come to work with Octaloop IT & NS?

We found Octaloop IT & NS through an online search. We chose them because their pricing fit our budget, but it was mostly that their proposal was very compelling (but that's where it ended).

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Octaloop IT & NS in September 2025, and our engagement is ongoing, except for the fact that they no longer respond to any communications.
