We selected IT Adroits on the basis of the Zoom interview we conducted and deciding factors were their clear understanding of requirements, their suggestions from the technology perspective which they have gained through their years of experience in Website Development, and the fair pricing they offered.

3 team members worked 2 were senior web developers and 1 was the tester.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The deliverable was a complex e-commerce store with custom functionalities and third-party integrations.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.

We communicated using Zoom initially and then switched to Skype. We used Basecamp as the project management tool. The time lines were quite flexible from our end but IT Adroits' team was strict with the timeline of their deliverables.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their skillset, clear communication like what they can handle and what they can't.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They don't use Github, instead, they are determinant to use Bitbucket :)
