The goal was to understnad the best offer for consumer shopping upgrades. The team built a mock site, programed the offers and developed the questionnaire in partnership with us.

A full recap of all the data including the best shopping scenario to maximize success. We also were given a report that we are able to share in a consolidated, understandable, compelling way.

Isurus is helping us to develop a framework to conduct research for "care-abouts" in our target/addressable market, product market fit and wins-loss analysis so we can either run these ourselves, outsource to a 3rd party or hire Isurus to conduct it.

Key deliverables include a framework that has layers of categories, hypothesis and questions to ask, a discussion guide that gives the interviewer a step by step way to conduct the call, a best practices guide to help the interviewer to follow the proven processes, and a capture sheet to populate the responses.

Capturing meaningful data from multiple interviewers to analyze and adjust our hypothesis, our messaging, and our product roadmap

Project management was always on time and deliverables as expected.I had trouble keeping up with them. Every time they shared drafts of deliverables they were totally ready to meet and review, take feedback and finalize. Super happy with the process.

They really know research. Regardless of the market, Isurus knows how to design the right research for the needs at hand. They are extremely consultative in their approach to make sure what they propose meets the specific need. Moreover, in the early stages they worked with us in good faith well before the SOW was officially signed. Lots of bi-directional trust.

None that I can think of at this time.
