Please describe your company and your position there.

Hyatt Clothing Co (Shirt Manufacturing Company) started in 2006 with 50 employees. Now, we have more than 300+ employees manufacturing an average of 2000 shirts per day. we are a seasonal shirt manufacturer and our brand is called “Expose” which is partnered with the top clothing brands in South India. we offer a wide variety of Men’s shirts with a range of fabrics and materials. we have more than 350+ customers across south India.

For what projects/services did your company hire iSQUARE Business Solution, and what were your goals?

We had serious data entry problems because we documented everything manually, and our legacy business management solution was unstable. As a result, we hired this team to develop a custom solution that could handle our needs. Our goal was to have a scalable solution to help us track and hit our revenue targets. It needed to build from scratch based on my preference to handle and manage multiple branches of data in a single software.

We were able to launch the project early, which was a major achievement for us. Within the first three months, the solution has reduced data entry errors by 70%. The data automation also frees up our employees' time, which allows them to focus on other tasks. Their team performed so well that we decided to continue working with them to maintain the solution.
