I’m the CEO of an e-commerce company. We provide storage services in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and automatically receive orders from the store. We also pick up items, check them, and package them under our brand. We deliver through a network of carriers and receive returns to restock them.

What challenges were you trying to address with ISNAAD (Isnaad Fulfillment Solutions)?

Before ISNAAD, I prepared and packed every order myself. Sometimes, my family or friends helped me. I hired them to take that off my plate so I could put my time into marketing and growing sales instead of packing boxes.

What was the scope of their involvement?

ISNAAD handles the whole operation for my store. My stock sits in their Riyadh warehouse. Orders come through from my store automatically, so I don’t have to enter them manually. ISNAAD picks the items, checks them against the order, and packs them under my brand. Then, they route the order to the right carrier and send it to the customer. If there are any returns, ISNAAD receives them, checks them, and puts them back into my stock.

ISNAAD was referred to me. I chose them over other fulfillment providers because they had high ratings, were close to my geographic location, had pricing that fit our budget, had a great culture fit, and had company values that aligned with ours.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around $50,000–$200,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with ISNAAD in September 2024, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The clearest outcome is time. I stopped preparing and packing orders myself, and I stopped pulling in my family and friends to help. That time went straight into marketing and growing sales. My head cleared. Instead of being stuck in daily operations, I could see where to put my effort and how to increase sales, focus on marketing, and grow.

How did ISNAAD (Isnaad Fulfillment Solutions) perform from a project management standpoint?

Communication with ISNAAD is very smooth and fast. Honestly, I have no complaints about it at all. What stands out the most is that they’re proactive. If there’s a problem, they come to me with it before I discover it myself. I’m not the one chasing them, which is rare. Regarding timing, orders go out as expected, and I haven’t had to follow up on delays 99% of the time.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The thing I didn’t expect is that my head cleared. Before ISNAAD, my day was spent packing orders. After working with them, I could think about where to put my time and how to grow my sales. I got my attention back, not just my hours.

Are there any areas they could improve?

On the service itself, I don’t have any complaints. It’s been excellent. The only thing I want is for them to have a presence outside Saudi Arabia, especially in Dubai. That’s the only limitation I’ve come across.
