What challenge were you trying to address with iSkala Business Solutions?

We needed a company that could provide us with marketing and business development support.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We hired iSkala Business Solutions to handle our outbound marketing, cold emailing, and lead generation efforts. We started the engagement by discussing the general objectives of the campaign and how the operation will look in general. They’re tasked with cold emailing our potential leads through platforms such as Lemlist, Dripify, and LinkedIn. They’ve also created email templates for us.

Aside from that, they’re currently helping us set up and prepare for a conference in Lisbon. They’re responsible for doing research about the attendees and sending LinkedIn invitations to those who could be interested in our services.

What is the team composition?

We’ve worked with Ehab (CEO), Ahmed (Technical Consultant), and Marwan (Operations Manager).

How did you come to work with iSkala Business Solutions?

Their CEO actually cold-emailed our CEO on LinkedIn. They set up a call, and our CEO liked Ehab and his approach. We decided to try them for three months, and it went really well, so we went with them for this project.

How much have you invested with them?

It is somewhere around $1,500 USD per month on average.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in September 2022, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

iSkala Business Solutions has provided us with high-quality leads. In their bi-weekly reports, they provide us with the number of cold emails or LinkedIn emails sent over the past two weeks, as well as the percentage of people who wrote back, those who said they were interested, and those who weren’t. Overall, it has been a great partnership so far.

How did iSkala Business Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

iSkala Business Solutions has performed well in terms of project management. They are very punctual and quick to respond to my messages. We typically communicate through Slack and email. We also have bi-weekly meetings, where we discuss and update our current strategy as needed.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We have only the best things to say about iSkala Business Solutions. They’re highly creative and innovative — if something isn’t working as we want, they will go above and beyond to develop an appropriate solution. They’re always happy to accommodate our needs and listen to what we say. If they think something is a bad idea, they will explain why and propose a better solution. Above all, they genuinely care about helping us achieve our goals.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We had some hiccups at the beginning with the LinkedIn accounts and the integration, but they were really quick on their feet and suggested a lot of new and better alternatives for us. Overall, we’re really happy with everything they have been doing so far.
