Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the owner of a law firm called Bufete May y Asociados. We provide legal services, especially litigation at the judicial level, and legal services for public institutions.

What challenge were you trying to address with ISK Global?

They help us get all our information out there so we can attract public institution clients.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

There’s a public hiring system named SICOP through which all public and state institutions must do their hiring. ISK Globals assists with presenting offers, handles administrative hires, and has a grip on all the involved technologies. They take care of all the tech-related communication with state institutions.

What is the team composition?

We work with two members of their team.

How did you come to work with ISK Global?

We knew their owner, Antonio, from when he was in charge of hiring at a public institution. Our offices provided services to the institution he was working for and that’s how we met. Now he’s an independent business owner so we decided to partner with him.

How much have you invested with them?

They obtain 5% commission for every hire we make. The contracts we’ve signed through ISK Global range between $2,000–$20,000 USD, so their commission varies.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in the summer of 2018.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Thanks to their work, we’ve been hired on several occasions. Their involvement has had a positive impact on our business. We’ve been able to carry out important services for several public institutions thanks to ISK Global. We’re honestly very satisfied with their services.

They are trustworthy and serious about what they do is very important because they handle sensitive and confidential information for us and also deal with digital signatures for our contracts. The most important element of this collaboration is how much we trust them.

How did ISK Global perform from a project management standpoint?

I’m not an expert on the communication side of things, but I know that Antonio, their owner, is very well versed in this area. He’s also a public accountant and will soon become a lawyer, which shows that they have a positive attitude and always strive to improve.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could advertise themselves a bit better.
