IronSight Digital

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the owner and wedding planner of MaShe Designs, a contracting company that provides premier wedding and event planning services and support.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with IronSight Digital?

We needed a customized website that elegantly and accurately represented the level of service and product we provided to our customers.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

IronSight Digital created a website with multiple pages from scratch. This included the landing page, pictures, explanation of services, and the ability to allow potential customers to ask for assistance and a call. The team also provided on-site maintenance for up to six months after the initial launch.

What is the team composition?

We worked with one teammate from IronSight Digital.

How did you come to work with IronSight Digital?

Someone referred IronSight Digital to me. I chose them over other options because they were close to my geographic location, their pricing fit our budget, they had a great culture fit, they offered good value for the cost, and their company values aligned with ours.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent less than $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from August 2024–September 2024.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We started to get inquiries online through the website. IronSight Digital provided a preview of the website page progress, design, and function. The team also tested the site's page function, especially for the customer contact feature.

How did IronSight Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

IronSight Digital delivered on time or ahead of time. The team met and exceeded our estimated time expectations. We had very little traffic headed to the site.

What did you find most impressive about them?

IronSight Digital's professionalism and expertise were impressive. The team was very technically savvy and knew how to make the site look very modern and professional.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there weren't any. We were very satisfied with the service we received and the follow-up support.
