I’m the founder of RathoreSEO, an AI-driven SEO services and professional SEO training company. We help businesses improve online visibility and empower individuals to master real-world SEO strategies using a blend of traditional and advanced AI techniques.

What challenge were you trying to address with iRapidO Global?

iRapidO Global has delivered clear improvements in how our data is structured, tracked, and utilized for decision-making. We’ve achieved a fully organized and centralized database for keywords, content assets, and campaign performance, which has significantly reduced data duplication and inconsistencies.
Data accuracy has improved noticeably after the proper setup of tracking tools, with cleaner reporting in Google Analytics and Search Console. We’ve seen faster access to insights through automated dashboards, reducing manual reporting time by more than 50%. Overall, we’ve reduced data inconsistencies and duplication by approximately 60%–70% after implementing structured data frameworks and validation processes.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Our experience with iRapidO Global has been very positive, but there are a few areas where minor improvements could add even more value. In the initial phase, a slightly more detailed onboarding or documentation of the data structure and workflows would have helped our internal team adapt faster.
Additionally, while reporting is accurate and efficient, introducing more customized dashboard views tailored to specific business goals earlier in the project could further enhance usability for different stakeholders.
