More Frequent Progress Updates:
In certain phases, communication gaps occurred during development sprints. A more consistent weekly status report or milestone check-in could improve project transparency and reduce delays.
UI/UX Refinement Rounds:
Initial designs were effective, but the UX could benefit from additional user testing or mockup validation rounds early in the project to refine customer flows before development begins.
Performance Optimization:
