We were in a phase where we wanted to revamp our web and mobile platforms completely, and we wanted to do it quick. iProgrammer's team perfectly complemented ours to bring the project to fruition. The objective was to modernise our underlying technology and frameworks, and iProgrammer's expertise was instrumental in creating an agile, modular and scalable platform.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Revamping the platform to a point where performance is fluid, development is modular and scalability is paramount were the key objectives, and we ran the platform through a couple of test scenarios before putting it live. The platform was future ready.

There generally very communicative and receptive of the critical feedback points if any. There were times when we found issues. and it wasn't surprising as it is really a people-driven company. But issues were always acknowledged and worked upon.

They never saw a project as a commercial project.The team always seemed to take this as a challenge and not like a job they had to do. This approach makes things very simple, and imposes uniformity on the project objective.

There have definitely been times when things could have been handled delicately or been done a little more thoughtfully. These challenges are omnipresent when it comes to big projects and teams, and iProgrammer is also prone to these given that it is a people-driven company. But upon identifying the problem(s), was iProgrammer able to remedy it properly? Yes.

I was impressed with their enthusiastic team. I also liked thier knowledge team and organization in the technology we required, Demonstrates good team work.

I think a little bit of more person-person to meeting could have helped in faster communication. But we started engagement during covid times, when remote working was norm.
