I’m the founder and CEO of a SaaS company. We build SaaS applications to help e-commerce brands get and manage customer reviews through messaging apps.

We’re happy with IOCOD and their work, so we continue collaborating with them.

How did IOCOD perform from a project management standpoint?

They always deliver on time and provide us with regular progress reports. The team walks us through everything and is readily available when we need them.

We use Slack to communicate.

They provide a dedicated team, which helps us get instant results.

They could expand the team so they can increase their working bandwidth.

What was the scope of their involvement?

IOCOD is developing a web- and app-based asset management solution from the ground up. They handle everything, including wireframes, UI/UX design, programming, and the frontend development. They’re using JavaScript to build the platform, and our development is ongoing.

I’ve worked with three core resources and two support teammates.

How did you come to work with IOCOD?

I previously worked with IOCOD for several projects, and I chose to partner with them on this one because they knew their stuff. They performed better and faster than the competition when we sent out a sample project. Their communication was also good, and they understood what I was saying.

We’ve spent around $30,000–$35,000. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in February 2021, and it’s ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

IOCOD has delivered accurately based on my specifications. Their work has made me realize that the software’s dashboard needs to be expanded. 

How did IOCOD perform from a project management standpoint?

IOCOD meets their deadlines 90% of the time. We’ve only encountered delays when a developer took some time off. 

They communicate with me daily. They’ve given me access to Microsoft Teams and Jira so I can see progress in real time. I can easily post whenever I have issues or want things to happen. We mainly communicate through Skype. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

IOCOD works on the project as if they’re developing their own product. They have a good understanding of what needs to be done, and they facilitate a seamless partnership. Additionally, IOCOD has a decent-sized team that can handle whatever we throw at them. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be very clear with what you need to do. The worst thing you can do is start the project with a structured and enthusiastic team, but you don’t know what you want. Prepare your wireframes and know how the development needs to go so time won’t be wasted figuring out what you want.
