What specific goals or objectives did you hire invoScale to accomplish for your hospitality and leisure business?

We hired invoScale to build a website for our travel business. We wanted a clean, easy-to-use site where our customers could easily see our services and book their trips.

What was the scope of their involvement?

invoScale took complete care of our brand redesign and website development from start to finish. First, they redesigned our company logo, which now looks much better and far more professional than our previous one. For the website, they built a five-page platform including the Home, Services, About Us, Contact Us, and Get Quote pages. They created a great mid-range system where users can easily browse our tour packages or plan their own custom trips and get a quotation directly from the site. On top of that, they handled our SEO.After the website launch, invoScale provided one month of free support to ensure everything ran smoothly. Following that, we signed up for their ongoing maintenance package. While their standard package was $200, they gave us a discounted rate of $100. Under this agreement, they take care of all minor website changes, bug fixes, security updates, hosting monitoring, and uptime checks to keep our site secure and online.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve seen excellent results since the project went live. Our overall website traffic increased by 50% thanks to their SEO work. More importantly, we saw a 30% increase in real, high-quality business leads coming directly through our new website features. These measurable improvements have clearly shown the success of the project and have given us a great return on our investment.

How did invoScale perform from a project management standpoint?

invoScale’s project management was excellent. They actually handed the website over to us one week before our official deadline. This extra week gave us plenty of time to review everything, request minor changes, and make final tweaks without feeling rushed.For communication, they accommodated us perfectly by using WhatsApp messages for daily updates and setting up regular video calls to discuss our feedback.
