It all started in 2003 in Brazil, when Vincent Fauvet and Jérôme Schatzman compared their respective personal and professional experiences, which led them to create a social business incubator: “Fair Planet” was born.
A first project is launched in organic and fair trade textiles under the Tudo Bom brand: it is developed by Jérôme and will be sold to other investors in 2011.
At the same time, professional investors who had known each other through the “Ashoka Support Network” launched their own financing structure for social entrepreneurs under the name Investir&+ at the end of 2011.
In 2012, the two initiatives joined to form a complementary team of women, men, networks and expertise under the chairmanship of Vincent Fauvet, joined by Anita de Voisins in 2013. It is the name Investir&+ that is chosen for the rest of the adventure.
