RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The website quality is great. They did a good job on the website. I don’t have anything negative to say, but I don’t plan to work with them again. It was too expensive, though. The budget was up and down, but they wanted me to pay more than what they quoted me. It didn’t make me feel comfortable with all the hidden fees.

How did Intrazix perform from a project management standpoint?

They would respond in 1–2 days, usually over Facebook Messenger.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Not really.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I wish they told me all the charges upfront.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be ready to pay a lot of money.

I am a photographer and owner of a photography studio.

What challenge were you trying to address with Intrazix?

I needed someone to help me with Facebook and Instagram ads.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Intrazix was responsible for handling my social media ads, specifically on Facebook and Instagram. They first ran ads on Facebook but targeted the wrong audience. I was looking for moms with newborn babies age 2–14 days. Instead, they targeted babies aged 2–6 months. Then, they brought me 15 leads from all over the world, which was a waste of money.

What is the team composition?

I worked with the owner of the company.

How did you come to work with Intrazix?

They messaged me on Facebook with their information, promising that they could run my ads and bring me lots of clients.

How much have you invested in them?

I invested less than $5,000 upfront when I signed the contract and agreed to pay the rest when I got my first client.

What is the status of this engagement?

I worked with them from January–February 2020.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Describe the impact this engagement has had on your business.

I’m unhappy that I worked with Intrazix because they didn’t bring me the right leads. They told me that they’d worked a lot with US-based photographers, but that wasn’t true. They knew nothing about working with photographers or ads in general.

I also feel bad because I recommended them to a friend when I didn’t know how they’d perform. So, I decided to leave a negative review to warn others.

How was project management handled?

I feel very bad when it comes to how my friend was treated and that they still ran my ads without my permission.

Is there anything that the vendor did well or that you would consider a strength?

No, not really. I thought I found someone who could run my ads on Facebook and Instagram.

In what specific areas can they improve?

Besides learning how to work with clients, Intrazix needs to show the full fees from the beginning. Instead, they kept telling us that we needed to pay more and more.

What advice do you have for clients with similar needs to yours?

Don’t work with them.
