They were hired to move me from one apartment to another

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

When they moved me out, 2 rare graphic novels vanished and a gargoyle was broke. Also they left several cupboards untouched, I had to move it myself. I'm senior and disabled. Despite all of this, they used them again to move me back in. A mop, a broom, dustpan and different gargoyle vanished. I also had to move a bunch of stuff they left behind AGAIN. I filed complaints and claim to no avail. I'm sure my stuff just walked off, as the company would NEVER use someone with sticky fingers. (sarcasm off)

What a joke. Missing items, stuff left behind that I had to move, broken items.
