Core services include workflow optimization, AI readiness assessments, SOP and documentation frameworks, and operations steadiness engagements.

Intero Fractional is our managed services division we wear the operational hats that business owners should not be wearing. From fractional COO and shared services to fractional project management and hands-on project delivery, we place experienced operators inside your business at the hours and engagement level you actually need, without the overhead of a full-time hire.
