Neville and Ray went into partnership with Jeff Hall and Peter Harkness and purchased an accounting practice which was known as R .A. Jan & Co in Drummond Street, Carlton. This continued until approximately 1975 when there was a split in the partnership and Neville Brice and Ray Swift no longer used the name R A Jan & Co. and continued with the name of International Taxation Services and moved their half of the practice from Carlton to King Street in Melbourne. At this time they employed a number of staff as Accountants, namely Phil Gleeson and Tony Vadala. The firm at that time dealt with a lot of international and local entertainers together with the auxiliary business of lighting, staging and sound systems. Their Client base was very diverse and was spread throughout Australia. In 1981 they decided to open up the first of many offices in Maryborough, Victoria in the view of de-centralizing their operations.
