Marina V is a womenswear wholesale fashion brand based in Paris. I am the CEO of the company.

For what projects/services did your company hire Intellectica P.C.?

Our company was in need of a Financial Controller and a Junior Brand Manager and Intellectica helped us with the process and screening of eligible candidates for the equivalent roles.

How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?

Their reputation in the market.

Describe the project in detail and walk through their service package.

They help out with the job ad and once we have finalised the job description they post the ad and they proceed to screening of CVs. Once this is done, they arrange interviews with the eligible candidates. They send us an assessment and evaluation report of each canidate they interview so we can assess whether or not we are interested in meeting the candidate.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

We managed to hire two candidates in a quiet short time period. And so far it seems that they have been good hires for the company.

They were very close to the process every step of the way. They were very reactive and flexible with our needs and demands.
