Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We've tried a few chatbots before, but it was a traumatic experience. We just started using the InteliWISE chatbot for Transportation last year. We find it very intuitive for our team. We've only checked some of the features so far. However, when we've seen how powerful it is, we're sure that it will improve over time to suit our needs. Recommendations for others considering the product: great software, go for it.
