Integral Dot is not a volume agency. We work as a focused platform partner for brands whose Shopify setup has become too important for fragmented delivery. Our model is built around long-term ownership: we do not simply execute backlog items, we take responsibility for how the platform evolves, how stable it remains, and whether it can support the next stage of growth.

We are at our best when a business is growing, integrations are becoming more critical, release quality matters, and the platform needs clear technical direction. That includes storefront development, custom apps, backend work, architecture, integrations, performance, stability, and selective AI or internal tooling.

We stay small by choice. Ownership works best where responsibility stays close to the people doing the work. That is why we prefer a small number of long-term relationships with more depth, more context, and more real accountability.
