Our experience includes establishing policies, programs, and procedures for all aspects of environmental, health and safety. We have successfully improved operational and safety performance in multiple assets. We believe that it all comes down to desire. In life, what we desire enough shows progress. No-one wakes up in the morning saying “today I will have an incident.” At the same time, do we say “today will be a safe day?” To create performance we must create a desire. There are many ways to motivate, but none so powerful as our desire that burns within us. Inspiring others is the key to performance.
