Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The project was run in three main phases made up of multiple sprints.  The first phase was focused on building a platform that allowed the GMs to train AI on their campaign and create all of the elements of the campaign. From acts, encounters, assets, and NPCs. The main goal was to have a single location to keep track of their ongoing campaign.  

The second phase was all about building and running sessions. This is where the GM would create and run a session allowing the GM to story tell through sharing of images, keep track of encounters, initiative order etc.  Through the session the GM would have access to the AI trained on their platform.

The thrid phase was about enabling the players to login and engage with the platform. This was allowing the players to understand their backstories, what happened previous sessions, and to chat with their characters.

Each phase had multiple deliverables that helped move the platform forward.

A functioning platform that allows GMs to create, run, share and publish their campaigns.

I loved working with the team. They are very organized, provide valuable input and really became a partner with me on my project. They are timely, responsive and I highly recommend them.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We worked really well together and they were much more than just a development organization. They were a partner in the strategy behind the platform.  I really appreciated them for that.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Inova Studio could have done differently?

Not that I can think of.
