We had a difficult time with our previous vendor and we knew that we had to find another company that was capable of meeting our needs. I spoke with about 5–6 different partners but one of my co-workers found inoday consultancy NetSuite Consultants and Developers. In the end, we were convinced that they were the best fit for our project after speaking with them. I was brought on to help manage them and help the project progress. I came on board once they signed the contract with us.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
For their first development, they built a nice platform for us. They were able to follow our vision. Not a lot of people really specialize or deep dive into one specific area and that’s part of their strengths. Some companies are good with multiple platforms such as Magento, Drupal, and more.
However, our project is so specific to NetSuite and we appreciate that they are experienced in what we need from them. Furthermore, they always give incredible insights and don’t blindly follow our approach. They give us varied options on how we can get the functionalities we want based on our budget.

From their side, their project management is great. The usual problem is on our side, so we tend to go back and forth a lot. It’s good they can keep with us. They’re also very responsive. Moreover, they always find ways to make our project more cost-effective. Above all, they are able to reach all of their deadlines.
