We hired Innovative Creative Agency to design our Shopify store as we were transitioning from WooCommerce to their platform.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Innovative Creative Agency was suggested to us by a local business that began to sell online and ended up having to get a bigger space. This is ultimately what we were trying to achieve, more sales online and a simpler online process.

2 people worked with us directly. This was their project manager and their digital marketing director.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We instantly experienced an 80% increase in sales. Our conversion rate was as high as it has ever been. Our site was simple to navigate, we received more traffic from the updates made to our marketing channels, and overall everything was better than before.

We received regular communication from their project manager discussing the action plan we had originally put together. They regularly updated my team on what updates were being implemented and they always completed tasks on time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What I loved the most was that they are an agency but they run like a 1-2 person team. Meaning they don't make you feel like just another company they are working with. They make you feel like you are the only company working with. Such great communication is shown at all times.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I do not have a single complaint. Timeline, pricing, results, etc., everything was great.
