Overall, I was very satisfied with the work delivered by Innovatex Technology Pvt. Ltd. If I had to suggest an area for improvement, it would be to provide a bit more proactive guidance on design options and industry best practices. While they were excellent at implementing my requirements, a few additional creative suggestions from their side could have added even more value. That said, their responsiveness and quality of work were excellent, and I was very happy with the final outcome.
