Innitor provides fractional CTO services and technical leadership for non-technical founders building in regulated industries like healthtech, fintech, and mental health.


I'm Robbie Cronin, a CNCF maintainer with a Master's in Computer Science from Georgia Tech. I've spent a decade building production systems serving hundreds of millions of users. I started Innitor because I kept meeting founders with real traction who were burning through contractors and agencies without anyone in their corner who actually understands engineering.


What I do:


Fractional CTO: I embed with your team on retainer. Standups, PR reviews, architecture decisions, board communications. Senior technical leadership without the $400K salary.


Technical Due Diligence: Independent codebase and infrastructure assessments for founders and investors. Clear reporting for non-technical stakeholders.


Architecture Review: System design evaluation before you scale. I find the problems that break at 10x load and map a path to fix them.


Compliance Prep: ISO 27001, HIPAA, SOC 2, Cyber Essentials. I've led a company through ISO 27001 certification and built HIPAA-compliant systems from scratch. I handle the technical controls so you can focus on the audit.


I work with seed to Series B companies, typically 1-50 employees, where technical decisions have outsized impact. Based in Melbourne, working with clients globally.
