Throughout 2025, we partnered with INNEN to optimize the databases of our Technology Transfer Office. This collaboration enabled us to build robust systems for contract management, streamline invention disclosures, and track ongoing projects. As a result, we accelerated IP asset recognition and significantly improved the efficiency of our technology transfer processes at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez

We are a CRO (contract research organization) that provides servicies to the cosmetic-pharmaceutical industry. In order to provide our services, we need a big data base of the characterists of the skin of all our panelists, in order to match this profiles with the needs of the products of our clients. We needed an app that worked both as data base and search engine in order to register and keep up to date the clinical history of our panelists, so that we could improve and minimize errors in the recruitment for the studies. The app needed to be accesible by 2 areas of our staff.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Panelists are registered in our data base and linked to the studies they are performing. A history of the studies in which they participate is kept, so there are records and no information is lost. The clinical history can be easily updated so that we can match panelist and study in the correct way. Time has been optimized and the two departments can work together fine.

Yes. The project management was always on time and kept working together with us to fulfill our needs, even if they were not clear at the beggining (even for us) Innen helped us improve our work flow.

INNEN's work is personalized to our specific needs and worked a lot in order to help us understad what our needs were and how to fulfill them. They proposed a lot of things that helped us change and improve, even if that was not the objective at the start, they gave us more than what we initially contacted them for.

I'm the talent attraction coordinator for Argentina and Uruguay at Coca-Cola FEMSA. We're the largest bottler in the world by sales volume. We produce and distribute beverages from The Coca-Cola Company, offering a broad portfolio of 134 brands to over 270 million consumers daily.

We needed to automate, optimize, and digitize our recruitment processes. We also wanted to create synergies and traceability between the different stages of the process.

Can you describe the scope of work INNEN handled for this project with Coca-Cola FEMSA? Please include the main deliverables if you can.

INNEN has developed a digital platform from scratch with integrated ATS that conform to each stage of our recruitment process. The platform automates our HR processes and allows us to have all our talent attraction processes in one tool. It also enables us to track candidates and vacancies, as well as pre-employment and onboarding processes.

INNEN was referred to me. I chose them because their pricing fit our budget, and they offered good value for the cost.

INNEN's platform has improved the time of our various talent attraction processes. It's also optimized, automated, and digitized our processes.

INNEN's project management has been excellent. The team has demonstrated organization, commitment, and coordination skills. They've met the established deadlines and ensured visibility of the project's progress. When adjustments have arisen, INNEN has communicated them on time and resolved them quickly. The team has maintained clear communication throughout the process. We communicate through virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

INNEN's understanding of our need for digitization and automation is impressive. The team's predisposition and clarity in each stage of the project are also remarkable.
