BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

We are a health tech company that provides diagnosis and treatment of hormon deficiency among men. The patients follow their digital treatment plans on the mobile phones and make all relevant bookings and have access to results.

For what projects/services did your company hire Inkodus, UAB?

We have a need for skilled backend and frontend developers to help us finish our initial version so that we could launch our service.

What were your goals for this project?

The aim was to develop a version which we could launch, and continue to develop with new features.

A contact recommended Indokus to us, and after talking to them. They were able to provide us with skilled developers which became a highly value part of our team.

Describe the project in detail.

As a CTO, my ambition was to launch a product which was stable and secure enough. Indokus helped us with that. After our initial version we launched several major new features and improvements to our platform and countless minor improvements. The developers from Indokus very competent and self going which very important to us.

What was the team composition?

Indokus provided us with 2 backend developers and one backend+frontend developer, which for us was 40% of all developer resources. Initially we started with just 2 developers, but as our demand increased, Indokus was helpful in finding another skilled developer for us.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

With the help of Indokus and the system we build, we are able to handle 10 times more patients year on year ,without adding additional resources in our administrative staff. Patients are very happy with our system and so is the administrative staff which uses it daily.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Having daily standup meetings, together with bi-weekly planning meetings we were able to have good communication between our team and Indokus staff. We also used Slack as our primary tool of daily communication.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Robertas at Indokus was able to find very good developers that matched our mindset and company culture, which made them a very good fit directly from start.

Are there any areas for improvement?

No suggestions for improvement. I was very happy and satisfied with the results from Indokus.
