We needed a comprehensive logistics management platform to replace our largely manual processes. The software house took time to understand our workflows before proposing a solution that covered all critical areas of our operations. The project encompassed the development of a cross-platform solution, both a web-based admin dashboard and a mobile application, delivering the following key modules:
- Warehouse Management: A fully functional module to manage inventory, stock movements, and warehouse operations in real time, reducing reliance on spreadsheets and manual logs.
- Order & Delivery Management: End-to-end tracking of orders from placement to final delivery, with status updates, automated notifications, and a clear audit trail for every shipment.
- Fleet Tracking: Live GPS-based visibility into our entire fleet, allowing dispatchers to monitor vehicle locations, assign trips, and respond to delays proactively.
- Driver & Staff Management: A dedicated module for managing driver profiles, shift schedules, assignments, and performance, accessible both on the web portal and the mobile app.

- Delivery against deadlines: They were consistently on time across every milestone. There were no surprise delays or last-minute scrambles, each phase was delivered as promised, which made planning on our end much easier.
- Communication & tools: They used a solid combination of tools to keep us aligned at all times. We had regular weekly calls to review progress and discuss upcoming work, a project management tool (Jira/Trello) where we could track tasks and sprint progress transparently, and both Slack and email for day-to-day communication. Nothing ever felt like it was falling through the cracks.
