Our initial step was to assess the partially completed code for its viability, which, upon evaluation, led to their recommendation to start anew. With the project rebooted, our in-house team managed the design and initial wireframing. Their team closely collaborates with us in the development and rigorous testing of the software. 

They continuously enhance the technology and introduce feature improvements. Their responsibilities encompass both front- and backend development, employing a combination of Laravel PHP and React Native, with Swift utilized for the mobile components.

We've witnessed a significant transformation compared to our previous partner. The new codebase exhibits remarkable stability, allowing for efficient work processes. Our product is now poised for launch. We've also onboarded approximately 250 test users onto the platform. While we are still in the early stages of scaling, the initial results are promising.
