Create a customer portal using Zoho Creator and integrating it to a SQL Server database.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I've worked with InfoMaze before. I trusted their expertise and when I found out they had experience with Zoho, it was a no brainer.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

Client needs access to a customer portal to track shipment data and inventory. Needed a web integrated application where client logged in and can view data. Also needed the data to automatically sync from client's server-based ERP system. InfoMaze rapidly setup Zoho Creator web forms/data views, search fields, nice graphics/layout, and an automated API between the SQL Server and Zoho.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

3 primary contacts were involved in the project. all were incredibly responsive and communication was excellent.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Project is in test mode now. InfoMaze continues to tweak as needed as we pass from test phase to production.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Excellent. Gaj was the team lead, Javeriya was incredibly responsive to all needs, and Vik leads the team and manages the overall project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their responsiveness was first-rate at every stage of the project.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No suggestions for improvement. I was thrilled with the project response. We had limited time. They jumped on the project immediately and met every deadline request.
