I am a cosmetologist, director of the administrative area of ​​Dermalinf. My role is to establish guidelines and parameters so that our products and services reach the client accurately and commercially effectively.

We hired Infograf to build our corporate website, set up products for online sale, manage email systems, develop virtual social media campaigns, and build an online communication system for our clients.

We got a paper advertisement and we decided to call to inquire about services. Then we quoted and the price was the most competitive.

First they contacted us for a face-to-face meeting, then they offered us an all-inclusive website, we asked them for various designs and after a week, we decided on a proposal. They established email systems first, then the corporate website and social media. Later they gave us an online sales platform and advised us with video calls and on-site training.

What was the team composition?

There were three people on the team, one for the commercial area, others for the sales and mail system, and the last for graphic design.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Yes, we can say that we captured more customers, that more queries were made online, and we were able to diversify our products. We now offer cosmetic products with home delivery.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Communication was excellent and through different platforms. They insisted that we pay attention to all their queries, and they gave us a chart with dates and goals to achieve.
