Please describe your company and your position there.

Dante NYC is a world wide know cocktail bar for NYC. After winning the World's Best Bar award in 2019 and we decided to open second location in 2020. I am the Director of Business Development of Dante.

For what projects/services did your company hire InfinityBase?

Due to the Covid19 we had to create new ways of revenues. The best solution was to put our award winning cocktails into TO-GO recipients so people could have them at home.

What were your goals for this project?

Even with the cocktails developed, we still had the goal of selling them on the public avoiding direct contact. Also for guests in house, we could not offer regular paper menus to avoid touching contact also.

An app was created where guests could either choose to place your order to go or simply see the full menu.

What was the team composition?

I only spoke to Luiz Estacio who was my point of contact throwout the whole process. He was always available and solve the last minute issues promptly.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since its launch the app had already 1000 users and over 5000 transactions were made through it.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Luis was always available, easy to communicate and on top of every need. Really a joy working with him.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I found their quickness in responding to new challenges wonderful.

Are there any areas for improvement?

There are always ways to improve. It's a new business for all of us so new challenges come up all the time. Maybe we can antecipate those while programing the app.

Needed to convert an existing Matlab Demo into a web-based demo. InfinityBase was also responsible for the design of the demo
