We've outsourced a portion of our AI development needs to Infiniticube.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Infiniticube creates AI development solutions for one of our US-based clients. They identify the technology stack and development strategies to use based on the client's scope and requirements. Once they accomplish their deliverables, they submit these to our client to gather their feedback.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the founder and CTO of Intuaition, a SaaS solution that provides insights on brands and companies in the digital world. The company was founded two years ago.
What challenge were you trying to address with Infiniticube?
We went to them for development.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Working off my existing code, Infiniticube developed our web app. It runs on both mobile and desktop devices.
What is the team composition?
We’ve worked with a project manager, two AI engineers, three database engineers, and one backend and two frontend developers.
How did you come to work with Infiniticube?
They approached me on LinkedIn. We started small, but as time went on, I gave them more responsibilities.
How much have you invested with them?
The project cost so far is $250,000, and it’s expected to be $400,000 by the end of 2021.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with Infiniticube in June 2020, and the platform will launch in March 2021.

Infiniticube accomplished what we asked of them. The work wasn’t perfect, but I’m happy with what they did.
How did Infiniticube perform from a project management standpoint?
It was a very good experience. We had a few issues and misunderstandings, and project management could be improved, but they managed to deliver.
I would’ve wanted to have more consistent and regular meetings.
What did you find most impressive about them?
For me, the work is very good. I wouldn’t have hired them otherwise. I’ve been working in development for a very long time, so it’s difficult to impress me, but I’m happy with them.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They could’ve improved the AI part of their business. They have the knowledge, but not the right vision.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
It’s important to think clearly and wisely about what we need and put it on paper in such a way that anyone with an average IQ could understand it. Otherwise, something will be missed in translation.

I’m the CEO of a product development company. We focus on extreme programming, growth marketing, business analysis, user-centered design, and product management. We develop our own products internally, make them available for commercial use. We also work with companies locally and globally to scale and develop their products.
What challenge were you trying to address with Infiniticube?
We needed help with development for a third-party client.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They offered their resources and talent and integrated that properly within their infrastructure. We instructed them and took care of all of the supporting documentation and everything else. They executed in an agile methodology based on our strategy.
How did you come to work with Infiniticube?
When we reached out to Infiniticube, they had the right experience, and cost-effectiveness that fit with our project needs.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent approximately $20,000–$50,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in October 2019, and wrapped up in April 2020.

They were very adaptable to our engineering standards. After they were trained, it became very easy for us to scale and deliver our work to third-party clients.
How did Infiniticube perform from a project management standpoint?
We had daily standups and we communicated through Slack. For project management, we used Gitlab to create user stories, where we could define our work, tasks, and communicate all product-related issues.
What did you find most impressive about them?
We were able to expand our relationship and build a partnership with them, where they even refer business to us and vice versa. They’re very cost-effective, which made it very easy to incorporate them into our team.
Are there any areas they could improve?
It’s a standard thing for people who are hungry for work, and we’ve had a lot of engineers in the past who have over-promised. Working with Infiniticube, I needed to make that very clear.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
My advice is to be specific about what you want to develop. Be agile, with short iterations and fast releases. It’ll make it easier for a product team to assist you.

For what projects/services did your company hire Infiniticube?
We wanted to build an app for our shoppers to use for the customer orders. We wanted it to match our order forms so that they could shop efficiently.
What were your goals for this project?
Create organizes shopping list with pictures, comments, etc. Create notifications for admin and customer. Allow start/stop feature to start/close out order. Also added a second site after original creation and were able to do same thing on two sites within 1 app now.
How did you select this vendor?
The team as fantastic!
Describe the project in detail.
I have an e-commerce site. Web and mobile friendly. We would receive orders and use an organized list for our shoppers to shop and deliver. We needed an app to be tech friendly. An app was created with full notification for admin and customers, shoppers can use the app to shop efficiently and quickly. It is fantastic. After a year of use, we added a second website and needed it to integrate to original app. They came through quickly and added it! It has been amazing to have it added!

I am the owner and I have 10+ shoppers that use the app.
