I’m the CEO of Within Your Reach Consulting Services, and we provide workshops and seminars geared towards personal and professional growth and development. Our niche is working with women in leadership positions, so some of the services we offer include life coaching, workshops, conferences, retreats, and other things of that nature.

What challenge were you trying to address with Infinite Creations Atlanta?

We hired Infinite Creations Atlanta for branding and getting the word out about our company. We had a consistent message, but our main focus was to develop that message to our customers and client base.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Infinite Creation developed a WordPress website, and they’ve been instrumental in our social media management, which was a service that we added after working with them for a few years. In terms of document creations, they’ve created marketing fliers, downloadable PDFs, and other types of documents that we needed for training purposes and things of that nature. 

During the website creation, I wanted to make sure that anybody who came across our website had the ability to take action, whether it was purchasing an item or signing up for our email list; we wanted to make sure the website would engage the audience on various levels. 

In terms of social media, they’re helping us out with Instagram and LinkedIn. They mainly do content creation, but they also help us respond and engage with individuals that post comments. 

What is the team composition?

Ryan (CEO & Owner) is my main point of contact. We bring them on as an outsourcing type of service to handle various projects for us, so I wouldn’t be able to tell how many people are working on their team. 

How did you come to work with Infinite Creations Atlanta?

I reached out to a couple of friends, and I told them I was looking for a professional to build my website. They then referred me to Infinite Creations. 

How much have you invested with them?

We spend around $8,000–$10,000 a year. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in June 2016, and the engagement is ongoing. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

They’ve hooked us up with Google Analytics, so we’re seeing an increase in page views and people clicking on various links. In terms of our social media, we’re seeing an increase in engagement on LinkedIn as well as an increase in followers on Instagram. Overall, things are picking up quicker than I thought they would. 

How did Infinite Creations Atlanta perform from a project management standpoint?

Phone calls and emails are our primary mode of communication. If there’s something that requires a detailed or more complex explanation, Ryan will shoot me an email and ask me to get on a call to go over the subject in detail. They ensure that we understand the topic. 

In terms of project management, they’re exceptional. I’m picky, but they often exceed my expectations. They’ll give me a deadline but complete the work or the project ahead of schedule. This happens more often than not. They’re very hands-on to ensure that the services we’re requesting are being provided to our satisfaction. 

They’re the experts when it comes to social media management and branding. The owner always asks tons of questions to make sure that their team is on point with making us happy and guiding us. Taking our vision and bringing it to life is really important, and their professionalism is awesome. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They have exceptional customer service. This stands out the most because I’m a stickler for that. In general, I’m the type of person who spends more money on customer service even though I love to save money. It doesn’t matter to me what product I’m getting; if I’m not getting personalized customer service, I’ll go somewhere else. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there aren’t any. I’ve been extremely happy with the services we’ve received. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Don’t get so caught up in laying out everything perfectly before reaching out to Infinite Creations. If you have an idea but don’t necessarily have details on the direction, allow Infinite Creations to help you bring that idea to fruition. Don’t feel like you need to have it all mapped out before you contact them — that’s what they’re there for.

I recently started a nutrition business in which I offer plant-based nutrition coaching and workout routines.

What challenge were you trying to address with Infinite Creations Atlanta?

When I started my business, I did everything only on Instagram. I had the bones of a website but people weren’t taking it seriously. Therefore, I needed to build a website in which people could schedule their coaching sessions with me, and have access to the workouts. I also wanted to have a place where I could sell my e-books.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Infinite Creations Atlanta helped me develop my website. They added a place where people could learn about me and my services. They also included a page that customers could use to schedule a discovery call, which was a one-hour free call that I personally liked to do.

Besides that, the website had a separate page built out in which I could send users a link to purchase one of three packages that I had available for my coaching. Other pages included the workouts and challenges that I provide, my blog, and e-books. 

Ryan (Owner) implemented the SEO of my page, and he also added in MailChimp and other ways to get people to sign up. For instance, instead of just asking people to subscribe, he added a feature that would automatically populate a mailing list when people downloaded my free seven-day meal plan. 

As of now, he gives me monthly maintenance of the website and is building up my presence on social media. That will then feed into the website.

How did you come to work with Infinite Creations Atlanta?

I met Ryan through other circles in Atlanta and found out that he was a web developer. He sent me one of the websites he had done, and I was so impressed by it. When I made the decision to have my own website, he immediately came to my mind. 

How much have you invested with them?

In total, the building of the website from scratch to finish was about $16,000–17,000. Additionally, we have a monthly maintenance plan of $300.  

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2020, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Thanks to the website, I now have a mailing list of around 30 people, which is not too bad. I was also able to release my e-book, and its weekly downloads have been better than I expected. People signing up for my workout routines have been constant, and it’s partly because of the website.   
 
How did Infinite Creations Atlanta perform from a project management standpoint?

Ryan was very communicative throughout the process of building my website. We talked on the phone and had weekly shared screen sessions on Zoom. We also emailed and texted occasionally in between those sessions. As far as project management, he was always clear on what needed to happen and in what order. I never had to worry about anything because he accomplished everything he said he’d do.
 
What did you find most impressive about them?

Ryan is just so invested in my success. I genuinely feel that he wants me and my business to succeed just as much as I do. He's made that clear by his level of detail in the website and how much energy he's devoted to making sure that everything is as I want it. His communication has been strong throughout the process. 

He's also always said that what I'm doing is great and gives advice to expand my business. I've never dreamed that my web developer could also be my cheerleader and support system. He’s brilliant, professional, kind, and timely. He's never complained about me sending him many emails because I couldn’t remember a certain aspect of the project. I just didn’t realize how much content goes into a website, and Ryan has been so helpful with that. 
 
Are there any areas they could improve?

When we were testing the website, Ryan asked me to look for things that I wanted to change. This was really difficult because it’s hard to visualize since it was still under development. Therefore, they could benefit from having a rubric to tell clients what is it that they had to look for. 

Any advice for potential customers?

I recommend prospective clients to get excited to work with them. Ryan has literally taken all my dreams and vision from my mind and brought them to life. Clients are going to love whatever he creates.
