I’m the CTO at a technology company. We provide IT services to other businesses like convenience stores and grocery stores.

We hired them to manage our IT work.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They handle any IT issues that arise from connectivity issues to devices not working. They also provide development support. They implemented a VPN for the software product that we sell to clients. 

What is the team composition?

We work with a team of 3–4 people. 

How did you come to work with Infinite Corporation?

We were referred to them by a mutual friend. We had a strong rapport right off the bat, and we felt they could grow with us. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together about five years ago.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They keep up with changes in technology and adapt quickly to keep us up to speed. They solve problems quickly. 

How did Infinite Corporation perform from a project management standpoint?

They always meet deadlines. Their communication skills are excellent, and they’re always readily available to help us. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

The level of service they provide is fantastic. They’re personable and easy to talk to. I’m thrilled with their customer service. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

The only thing I’ll say is that they could look to hire more people since they’re growing so quickly.

In the beginning, work closely with Ryan (Founder) to establish your needs. By talking with him and meeting regularly, you’ll be able to get the most out of their services.
