I'm the CEO of MECATRONIC MAQUINARIA PERU, an automotive company that provides spare parts and services for heavy machinery.

What challenge were you trying to address with Indrox?

We had an application related to manuals and courses for heavy machinery. We hired Indrox to develop an AI that could read the PDF files of our application so users could obtain information from the manual by chatting with the AI.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Indrox developed an AI for our application that could read PDF manuals and offer users truthful information through a chat that resided within the context of the manual. The team also integrated the AI into our app.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Indrox's work reduced our response times for technical inquiries. The team also implemented new AI functionalities that helped improve the user experience and support the growth of subscriptions on our platform.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Indrox's ability to quickly understand our technical needs and turn complex ideas into functional and scalable solutions was impressive. The team's rapid development, constant communication, and ability to implement AI applied to a specialized sector like heavy machinery were also outstanding.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Overall, our experience was very positive. As a point of improvement, it would be helpful if Indrox could further strengthen their technical documentation and the organization of some development processes, especially to facilitate future programmers' understanding and continuity of the code more quickly and efficiently.
