 Indiv Digital maintained a website for a tile manufacturer. The team also conducted regular content updates including posts, provided SEO services, managed targeted keywords, and offered monthly traffic reports.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are very happy with the outcome. There were small bugs which they fixe over time. Their after development service is very good.

They were boss at communication. We used Slack to communicate. After every Sprint they set meeting with us to show the progress of work.

They used an agile methodology to complete the project which was very impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Indiv Digital could have done differently?

They couldn't meet the project deadline, they took 1 month extra to complete the project. Though we were responsible slightly here. We were not able to provide them feedback on time which delayed the project.
