Buyer beware of this company!!!!!! When I first talked to the sales person by the name of Jason Walker at indigo Web Studios he had the greatest sales pitch ever. I felt so confident and relieved after talking with him. He was very kind and very nice however I paid for a website April 22, 2022 and never received the website. It was never what I expected I was supposed to have gotten the website in 3 to 4 weeks by mid July it still was not ready and it was not near my expectations.

I believe the website expected. Please make sure you check with your bank to see how much time you have to reverse the charges and make sure your website is done and to your satisfaction before that time runs out and hopefully you can get your money back.!I and be careful of that 120 hours no refund policy after the INITIAL DESIGN!!!

Be careful with your WORDS example saying that you like the website or it’s OK to move to the next phase because when you do that they could say you approved it and that’s where you are got. it’s I paid them $5000 upfront $4899 to be exact and you can pay 1/3 upfront with some companies.and when the project is finished or near finish you can pay the rest. In the beginning I had Jason look at similar websites that I wanted my website to mimic he said oh yeah we can do that! It was horrible the website that I got I would not even call it a website it was just horrible.!

I told them I wanted my money back That was a joke they sent this refund policy over that said you have 120 hours for the initial design to ask for a refund please read the refund policy before doing anything with company. Needless to say they told me I needed a dedicated server I paid them $1000 they gave me the thousand dollars back for the dedicated server which this company should have known before they took my money that I needed a dedicated server according to the website that I told them to mimic.

Then you come back in the middle of building the website and telling me I need more money. but I’m still out $4899 no website and no money. I felt confident. Talk to a person by the name of David McMillan and Travis Williams please beware. I don’t have my $5000 back and I don’t have my website!. Now when you call them no one answers the phone and you send emails nobody responds to the emails.

Buyer beware!!! Buyer beware !!!!! please do your research before using this company Indigo Web Studios!! I’m also having the A ttorney general and the Consumer Protection division look at this company. And you should do better screening of companies like indigo web studios that you put on your website

What challenge were you trying to address with Indigo Web Studios?

We were looking for a vendor to help us build and design our website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Indig Web Studios was supposed to develop and design our company’s website, but they weren’t able to deliver what we wanted. They first gave a good pitch about their services and expertise and how they were able to complete the project in 3–4 weeks. We spent $4,800 and settled with July 15 as the target date. 

The team then kept sending mockups of what the website would’ve looked like, but my supplier and I weren’t satisfied with what they were presenting.  After months of frustration, we asked for a refund, which they denied and threatened to fight us in court — this was strange because on the front page of their website, they provide their clients with a 100% money back guarantee.

I later find out that they passed our web development project to another merchant, which was totally absurd.

I was researching for web developers in my area online.

How much have you invested with them?

We paid $4,899, which they’re still unable to fully refund.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from April–July 2022.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They ended up giving me a partial refund of $1,000 after emailing each other back and forth. In the end, they still owe us $3,600 for the incomplete website that’s severely lacking in features and functionalities.

I was planning to have my business up and running by May, but here we are in August with nothing to show.

How did Indigo Web Studios perform from a project management standpoint?

They deliberately ignored my emails and calls to avoid refunding us for the incomplete project. I couldn’t sleep because of all this, but I wasn’t going to give up — I’m in the process of meeting with an attorney general to figure out my next legal actions.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They should uphold their policy and give me back my full refund.

I would advise you to do an extensive background check and research before you consider working with any company.
