We had serious problem in handling business management in our old traditional methods, So we have switched our all business management tasks through Odoo ERP Software, with help of Indglobal.

We were using a traditional way of Business Management software, So we need to replace our old system and needed to re-built Odoo ERP, so it will Help us in Boosting the ROI of our business.

Total project team was 10 peoples, Success of our project is highly influenced by the Indglobal project team tasked with delivering it on time. Even the best planned projects may fail to meet their objectives if the project team does not perform to the best of their ability. Odoo has simplified my business. It really helped to manage my business with out any pressure.

Project management was very impressive and dedicated especially compared to any other vendors. Indglobal team regularly complied with deadlines and always communicated delays well ahead of time. Unexpected turnover never threatened to stop critical progress. We communicated exclusively with Skype, Jira, and GitHub.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Dedicated team with expertise in all services. Especially, Mobile app development, eCommerce development and custom software development etc, on time project delivery is the most impressive which i have experienced.

My only suggestion is they could expand the company all over the world.

Once we selected the vendor, we had a series of discovery meetings to discuss our goals and objectives. Within the first two weeks, we received mockups and 4 initial designs for the iOS and Android apps. After a few iterations and discussions with their marketing team. we finalized the design.

Initially, they assigned a project manager to support us and serve as the main point of contact throughout the project. I only spoke with our project manager, but I was made aware that there were 2 frontend and 2 backend developers.

Now only our App launched. we will update as soon as possible when we get the results.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The project manager that they assigned was easy to communicate with and provided us frequent updates. We connected over the phone at least once a week.

I was blown away by the knowledge that this vendor had about mobile app development, user experience, and optimization.

Everything can always be done faster, but we were very satisfied with their work every step of the way. In the end, quality is more important than speed and we ended up with a beautiful product.

The project was divided in 5 milestones and was reviewed periodically. periodically .Every time our expereince was amazing beyond our satsifaction. We asked them to develop Magento PWA fully customsied. and hosted on AWS.

The project was completed 10% before the schedule time, our ecommerce site was very attractive, fast loading, great user experince , immeidately after 1 month we started selling the products comfortably and our sales increased to 200% as compared to old site .

the team with 12 years of expreince is well qualified to handle biggest project , our next project will also be handled by them only .
