Create new logo.  Create new website. Create new messeaging to go with new brand look. Adjusted color scheme to make more appealing. Created deliviebles like letterhead, business cards, and brochure.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Clients as well as the competition have noticed our new look. We are seeing more serious customer inquiries than before with our old look.

The team at InCon was exceptional. They always respond in a reasonable time frame. They were sure to explain different parts of the process and was really good about answering our questions.

Are there any areas for improvement or something InCon, LLC could have done differently?

Every project that involves taking one party’s ideas and the other party making it a realty has its moments of unclarity. InCon, LLC was good at being patient with us and getting on the same page with our ideas. While there were times that we had to go over our ideas on multiple occasions that made us feel confident that they were listening and wanted to get it right. We honestly don’t have any suggestions for improvement.
