- Automate the end-to-end ingestion, cleaning, and joining of Shopify and Odoo data into a single AWS-based pipeline, eliminating manual exports and vlookup-based stitching across platforms - Build a unified MIS/BI report covering Shopify sales analytics (gross/net sales, AOV, DRR, payouts, returns, chargebacks) and Odoo fulfillment operations (deliveries, pending orders, delays) for Rotimatic machines and accessories - Design and stand up a scalable AWS data architecture (S3, Glue/Lambda, ECS Fargate, EventBridge) to replace ad hoc manual reporting with daily automated triggers - Validate automated metrics against the team's existing manual/reference reports before replacing manual workflows

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

- Fully built and deployed the production pipeline (Docker images on ECS Fargate, smoke-tested across 100+ checkpoints) with the automailer live and sending daily reports by project end - Delivered the MIS sheet, business review dashboard, and Power BI order-journey dashboard as fully validated outputs; the flash report template was completed and deployed but only partially validated at handoff, with remaining metric confirmations flagged as a next step for the client's internal team - Consolidated 15+ individual manual reports (10 finalized) into a unified, validated reporting structure - Reduced turnaround for generating core financial metrics (returns, chargebacks, opening balance) from hours of manual exporting and vlookup work to minutes via an automated daily flash report pipeline
