We had been looking for advice on how to scale our design team and implement an efficient design process. Inceptiv’s workshops were extremely useful because they combine years of experience working with clients in multiple industries and a collection of design best practices that provide efficiencies and streamline even the most complicated projects.
Since working with Inceptiv, we’ve modified our team structure and executed all new projects following his approach. The results have been remarkable! We can now take on increasingly complex work, creating a space for our designers to flourish.

Our design leads can manage a larger number of projects; our senior and mid-level designers have to take on more responsibilities and can take on increasingly complex challenges.
