They’re really great. Our services are growing and the results are really great. They’re open-minded and extremely flexible. They understand our business and deliver great results. This is going to be a long-term relationship. 

How did Inbound.bg perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management is good and communication is fast. We primarily communicate through Skype and Zoom. We communicate almost daily. They're easy to reach, if we have any suggestions, we can discuss it right away.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their flexibility and understanding of our business needs are impressive.

No, there’s nothing they need to improve.

They consult on brand strategy, event performance and marketing, and general online support. Their team works with Facebook marketing and PPC work, such as Google ads. They help us with events and campaigns, as well.

Dimitri (CEO) is our main point of contact.

We did some market research. When we met with them to discuss the project, it seemed like a good partnership.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We track advertising, especially on Facebook. Our team also measures the success of events in metrics. We have seen an increase since working with Inbound.

How did Inbound.bg perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re very responsive; faster than other companies I’ve worked with. We communicate via phone and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re pretty flexible. They implement new approaches and types of advertising to help campaigns be successful.

Be honest and set target goals in the beginning. Lay the budget out up front.
