George was full time on our web dashboard and Nick was part time on our Roku client.

The web dashboard is much more usable now and allows our users to watch their TV channels, schedule recordings and view their recordings from their browser.

We are very loose with requirements and are very appreciative that George asks great questions and understands the requirements from a fundamental level before he starts coding. He gives daily updates via Upwork Messenger and is never hesitant to ask questions if he doesn't understand something. He has always delivered on time with great code quality.

They've gone above and beyond with little touches to not only make the result usable, but visually appealing as well. He has a great eye for visual design as well as code design and makes his work blend in with the rest of the project seamlessly.

I am most impressed with the responsibility and the initiative in work. This makes me feel secure about empowering the InApps team. Although the timezone was different, the team actively reported, solved problems, and suggested new ideas to help improve the product.

If it needs to be improved, it should be improved more fluently in English communication. Sometimes it may be because I am not sure I understand 100% what developers transfer because of the accent.

We are still collaborating with InApps so far, and this vendor has achieved some very satisfying results: - Problem-solving skills - Communication skills - Dedication at work in support of urgent issues Results: - Solved the main problems of the previous team. - Completed the release milestones on time.

We're using Skype and also Slack to communicate together. Also, the important thing this vendor has done very well is that they communicate and report almost daily, so issues get resolved very quickly.

They often have the video call with us to discuss their questions and the requirements, so they follow the project closely to help us feel more secure. Tasks and bugs are managed on JIRA also help me to grasp their work and monitoring progress closely.

I see this team has the ability to quickly adapt to new tasks, new ideas. We are most impressed with their proactiveness, which saved us a lot of time and effort.
