I'm one of the founders of a company that provides an online fitness platform, primarily for women. We offer personal training and fitness programs.

What challenge were you trying to address with In2Motion Media?

We needed better media assets that we could use for advertising. Our goal was to create a stronger brand and voice for the company, so we hired In2Motion.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We started with an initial meeting to discuss our goals with In2Motion. We set the overarching deliverables and they put together a proposal for our review. From there, they went on to produce a video for us.

What is the team composition?

I worked with three people from In2Motion.

How did you come to work with In2Motion Media?

I saw a lot of the work that Devin (Founder) has done. I decided to work with them on this project because I liked their portfolio and because we were located in the same area.

How much have you invested with them?

We paid $6,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We engaged In2Motion around September 2020. We did the shoot in the fall and finalized the video in November 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Overall, In2Motion did a great job. They had a good process and brought a lot of value to our company through their high-quality video. It had everything we were looking for.

How did In2Motion Media perform from a project management standpoint?

Devin was very agile and on top of everything. He made sure that we were moving well towards the deadline and constantly gave us follow-ups. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Devin’s passion for his craft and the way he related to people really stood out. He really loves what he does. For one of the videos, he actually went all the way out to another state to get the perfect shot. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

We gave a lot of information about how we wanted the shoot to look like, but I think that the creative element should rest mostly on their team.

Be super clear on what you want to get out of the engagement. If you know what you’re looking for, I think you’ll have an extremely fantastic time working with In2Motion.

I am the owner of a clothing brand called Ever North. I manage ideation around new clothing drops, designers, marketing plans and handprint the clothing as well to sell through our e-commerce channel.

We started with a concept + shared inspiration. Next we started to schedule out what needed to be done prior to shooting. The day of shoot we made sure to coordinate with each other on any last minute needs of the shoot. During the shoot Devin has creative freedom for the most part as I lean on him and his expertise.

We worked directly with Devin to complete the project and the feedback process was very smooth. He was very receptive to feedback and made changes fast.

I'm a digital marketing consultant that works with brands on improving E-Com sales through paid advertising, email marketing, and content creation.

We needed a Facebook ad for a coffee company we work with, that would feel authentic, but professional. The goal was to highlight the new packaging and get people to visit the updated website.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were looking for a videography company that understands social media. It's no longer just enough to produce a cinematic, professional video. We knew we needed to work with a company that understands what types of videos perform on social media - and they did not disappoint!

We planned over phone and email (they were great at communication), and then when we got to the video shoot, we were all on the same page. The shoot went smooth because we had outlined what shots we were going to do, and what props would be needed. After the shoot, Devin got to editing and sent over initial drafts that we could offer feedback on. It didn't take long before we had a product we were thrilled with!

We worked with Devin and he was very receptive to everything we had to say! He really listened to us and created the exact final product we were looking for.

The new video worked in a successful Facebook campaign for several months (seasonally) that brought in a 3x average return on ad spend!

It was relaxed but professional. Everything was very timely, including all communication.

In2Motion was able to put a focus on social media which was huge. Working with a company that understands what really works to keep people engaged on various platforms was awesome.

Not that I can think of!

I'm in consulting, focusing primarily on e-commerce business development. I own my own consulting company and work with a range of clients with various product content.

I partnered with In2Motion to assist in content development for new and evolving brands. We were collaborative thought leaders in building strategy and optimizing assortment content to support increased exposure of the brands.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I was very impressed with the strategic thought leadership during my initial interview with the team, and the quality of the content in their portfolio. They have a fresh, energized approach to how to work and how to build great brand personas.

We had an initial strategy meeting to outline the scope of work, and current state of the client and brand(s) involved. We discussed what success looked like in the short and long-term. Next, the team prepared a proposal and scope of work, including timelines and deliverables. The proposal was well though out and professional. We executed the brand-building content work over a few days and then shared with client 7-10 days after.

The result was a new level of brand identity that showed the potential of what we could do together across the broader assortment. Since the initial project, additional brand-building projects have been done and the halo effect of the new identity and more sophisticated persona has come to life and driven top line sales.

Specific product sales increased and the primary site took on a much more sophisticated presence, which helped attract new customers for the client. The client's credibility in the marketplace was elevated and continues to deliver newer opportunities for growth.

My main contact was always available and very timely with responses. He was professional in his communication style and asked many questions to be clear on the goals and deliverables. He demonstrated confidence in his ideas and in portraying "what might be" with execution.

Their energy was contagious. Smart, progressive, hungry, and willing to do all levels of work required to meet the objectives and repeat some if needed until the client was happy.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Manage sub-contractor timeliness, which was immediately addressed and improved upon.

Companions Forever Pet Cremation Service. We are a pet cremation service that is family owned. We treat every pet that comes to us as family because they are. We only cremate one pet at a time and return the pet's ashes promptly because we understand the grieving process.

We wanted a professional video that showed we cared as a company. We wanted to include a family like setting and represent professionalize. In2Motion nailed it for us!!

In2Motion was very creative. They just didn't provide a one shot setting. They came from different setting during the video shoot.

We worked with Devin and another video person. I think they pretty much nailed it with the first edit. The video quality and sound quality were top notch!!

We've had numerous client comment on how professional our video was. I'd truly like to do a second video in the next year or two. Well worth the money.
