They built a custom app that pulls data from different systems, organizes it, and gives us one dashboard view. key deliverables were the full app, testing, some automation features, and making sure the app works smooth on desktop and mobile.

They built out a full app just for us. it had dashboards, lead tracking tools, and automation features so we don’t have to do everything by hand. they also made it mobile friendly which i didn’t even think about at first but my sales team loves it.

The scope of our project with ImmerseTech was quite comprehensive. They were tasked with building a centralized wrapper service that would serve as a bridge between our three main applications: the website, the mobile app, and the retail points of sale. This wrapper service needed to act as an abstraction layer, simplifying the interaction with our loyalty engine while hiding its complexities from the client applications.

Key deliverables included a scalable and modular service that could grow independently based on its usage patterns. They ensured that our client apps could rely on a consistent API, making future updates to the loyalty engine seamless and hassle-free. All our custom business logic was centralized within this layer, which included setting thresholds for loyalty points and managing other custom rules.

Security was a major focus, they implemented centralized authentication and authorization to secure all interactions with the loyalty engine. Additionally, they set up comprehensive logging and monitoring systems to track API usage, performance, and errors, making it easier for us to troubleshoot and maintain the system.

What I found most impressive about this company was their exceptional attention to detail and commitment to understanding our specific needs. From the initial consultation to the final delivery, they took the time to really dive into the nuances of our project, ensuring that every aspect was carefully considered. Their ability to adapt quickly to changes and provide creative solutions was also unique. Unlike other companies we’ve worked with, they didn’t just follow a checklist — they proactively suggested improvements and optimizations that we hadn't even considered, adding real value to the project. Additionally, their communication was top-notch, always keeping us in the loop and making sure we were comfortable with the direction of the work.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Immersetech could have done differently?

Overall, the experience with Immersetech was very positive, but there are a couple of areas where slight improvements could have been made. One aspect that could be improved is the initial timeline estimation — while the project was ultimately delivered on time, there were a few early stages where the scope wasn’t fully clear, which led to some back-and-forth. A more detailed upfront planning phase could help avoid this and set clearer expectations from the start. Additionally, although communication was generally excellent, there were a couple of instances where response times could have been a bit faster, particularly when urgent clarifications were needed. But these were minor points and did not significantly impact the overall success of the project.
